Yes. The in-home test is free and no-obligation, and you keep the written results. It’s a starting point for choosing the right treatment, not a complete drinking-water safety certification—ask which measurements are included.
How much does a home system cost? +
It depends on your water and what it actually needs—there’s no one-size price. We test first, then recommend and quote a system sized to your results, so you pay for the treatment your home needs rather than a generic package.
How long does installation take? +
Most standard residential installations are handled in a single professional visit. Your technician confirms the scope after reviewing your test results and where the equipment will go.
Do you offer financing or equipment rental? +

Is softened water safe to drink, and why does it feel different? +
Softening removes the calcium and magnesium that cause scale, which can make water feel silkier. Many households pair a softener with a reverse-osmosis drinking-water tap for cooking and drinking. Your test results and preferences guide the combination.
What maintenance will my system need? +
