These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perfect Water website. Perfect Water is a locally owned, independent, authorized Kinetico dealer based in Schenectady, New York. Please read these Terms carefully.

About this website

This site provides general information about water concerns, treatment methods, and the products and services Perfect Water offers. It is provided for information only and does not by itself create a contract for any product or service.

The free water test

Our free in-home water test is a no-obligation service to help you understand your water and decide what, if anything, to do about it.

• The in-home assessment is a starting point. It is not a certified laboratory analysis and does not certify that your water is free of every contaminant.
• Some contaminants, including certain health-related ones, can only be identified by a certified laboratory. We will tell you when separate lab testing is appropriate.
• Any recommendation we make is based on the results of your test and the information you provide about your water and usage.

Water treatment & results

• No single system removes every possible contaminant. We select and size treatment for the specific concerns identified in your water.
• Treatment performance depends on your actual water conditions, correct installation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Product performance and any contaminant-reduction claims are those of the manufacturer and its certifications (such as NSF/ANSI ratings). We do not add to or change those claims.
• For questions about the safety or potability of a public water supply, consult your water utility or a certified laboratory.

Quotes, pricing & agreements

Any prices, quotes, or estimates shown or discussed are for general guidance, may change, and are not an offer to contract. A binding agreement is formed only when set out in a written proposal or contract signed by you and Perfect Water.

Products & trademarks

Perfect Water is an independent, authorized Kinetico dealer. “Kinetico,” “K5,” “Premier,” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here to identify the products we sell and service. Their use does not imply any endorsement beyond our authorized-dealer relationship.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, images, video, and design — is owned by Perfect Water or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
